What if more that one driver was at-fault for my Florida car accident?

Fault for accidents can rest with a variety of different things, people, and individuals. Not just one person might be at fault, that just means the fault is distributed amongst all those other people that are responsible. Someone might be sixty percent at fault, with another driver being the other forty percent. It can get dispersed or separated out amongst the other drivers or other people that are involved in the accident. You are still able to pursue both, if there’s two, both of those individuals in their coverage. If there’s more, you can pursue anyone who is at fault. There’s not a limitation. There’s not a cap as to the number of people you can go after, if they have some degree of fault involved in your case.
